TERMS OF SERVICE

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using the Partida application ("App"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use the App. Continued use of the App after any changes to these terms constitutes acceptance of the modifications.

2. SERVICE DESCRIPTION

Partida is a free mobile application for organizing casual soccer matches. The App offers features such as group creation, team drafting (manual, random, and AI-balanced), live scoring, attendance management, leaderboards, and tournament mode. The App is available for iOS and Android and can be downloaded for free from the respective app stores.

3. USER ACCOUNTS

To use the App, you must create an account by providing valid and accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities carried out under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you must have authorization from a legal guardian. You agree to immediately notify Partida of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. USER CONDUCT

When using the App, you agree to: • Not use the App for illegal or unauthorized activities • Not publish discriminatory, offensive, defamatory, or pornographic content • Not introduce viruses, malware, or any malicious code • Not attempt to access restricted areas of the system without authorization • Not use the App in a way that could harm, disable, or overload our servers • Respect other users and maintain appropriate conduct within groups

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content in the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, design, data compilation, and software, is the property of Partida or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Use of the App does not grant you any ownership rights over the content or features of the App.

6. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PAYMENTS

The App offers a free plan with basic features and a Pro plan with additional features through a paid subscription. Subscriptions are processed through the app stores (App Store and Google Play) and are subject to the payment terms and policies of those platforms. Subscriptions are automatically renewed unless cancelled before the end of the current period. Cancellation can be done through the respective app store settings.

7. TERMINATION

Partida reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without prior notice, if there is a violation of these Terms of Service or for any other reason deemed necessary. You may terminate your account at any time through the App settings. Account termination will result in the deletion of your personal data, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. DISCLAIMERS

The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Partida does not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Partida is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or any physical harm resulting from sports activities organized through the App. Participation in matches is entirely the responsibility of the users.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no event shall Partida, its directors, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the App. Partida's total liability for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Partida in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. CHANGES TO TERMS

Partida reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Significant changes will be communicated through the App or by email. It is your responsibility to periodically review these terms. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
